The Silver Birch Story
Jenny has been sewing all her life having been taught by her mum as a child, who herself, was also a curtain maker. Over the years the company grow from strength to strength, including projects with interior designers for clients such as Zoe Ball and Sarah Brightman.
After spending over 10 years based in Bournemouth we have moved to exciting new premises based at the Axium Centre. We have expanded to include a consultation area, for client appointments, alongside our workroom.
The Silver Birch Team
We have an excellent team of curtain makers who are all trained and very experienced.
All items are hand finished using the traditional curtain making techniques.
We use a team of fitters with decades of experience to install your window treatments.
They can fit poles and tracks and also hang and dress curtains. They also build bespoke pelmets including bay windows products.
We create beautiful, hand made curtains, blinds and soft furnishings for both private clients and interior designers. We cover Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire, across to Brighton and up to London. Of course, we’re happy to work in other areas but it takes some careful planning.
